Munster Menopause Clinic is a specialist, female-led menopause clinic based in Tallow, Co. Waterford, providing HRT, perimenopause and postmenopause care for women nationwide, including Cork and Waterford.
We treat the full range of perimenopause and menopause symptoms — hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disruption, brain fog, low mood, joint pain and irregular periods — with personalised, evidence-based treatment plans. This includes Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) in tablet, patch, gel and other forms, alongside non-hormonal options and lifestyle guidance where HRT isn't suitable or preferred.
Our clinicians are members of the British Menopause Society and the Menopause Society of Ireland, and work closely with Tallow Family and Women's Clinic to provide continuity of care.

Munster Menopause Clinic is based in Tallow, Co. Waterford, and welcomes patients nationwide including Cork, Waterford city, and the wider region.
Do you treat perimenopause as well as menopause?
Yes. We assess and treat perimenopause symptoms — the years leading up to menopause when hormone levels fluctuate — as well as menopause and postmenopause.
Is HRT available at Munster Menopause Clinic?
Yes. We offer Hormone Replacement Therapy in a range of forms and will discuss which option suits your symptoms, medical history and preferences.
Do I need a GP referral to book?
No. You can book a consultation through our Booking page or contact the clinic on 058-61686.
How do I register as a new patient?
